It’s easy to overlook how soiled your sofa, loveseat, and chair can become. Dead skin cells, oils, dust, and other contaminants collect on your upholstery and can only be removed with a thorough professional cleaning. Our highly trained professionals, coupled with our customized process, will leave your upholstery remarkably clean.

Our Steam pressure is turned down, heat is adjusted depending on the fabric, and a smaller furniture tool is utilized.  We test the fabric for color fastness, pre-treat, and steam clean.  We take the cushions and pillows off, clean those as well and get in the crevices of the upholstery. We do not just clean the top, making this the most thorough job available.

*We can clean just about any material. However, suede and leather are different processes. Please make us aware if your upholstery is one of these two fabrics, and we will be prepared for them.*

Eagle ProServices cleaning technicians offer over 80 years of experience cleaning various rugs and materials, including wool, synthetic, cotton, exotic dyes, fine orientals, Persians, and more. Eagle ProServices Cleaning Division will pick up and deliver your rugs for the best quality cleaning. We can clean them on-site at your home, but our rug service gives the best results in our shop; we are limited on-site.  Our facility is set up to wash and dry your rugs appropriately. We can usually estimate our rug service over the phone if you have the exact dimensions.

Pet Staining On Rugs

 - There are many claims that pet stains can be eliminated. However, as part of our honest commitment to our customers, we must let you know that pet staining on delicate rugs like wool will always be challenging. Each situation is dealt with case-by-case because animals soil the carpets differently; unfortunately, some rugs can not be saved. This is not to say that you will not see significant improvement.

- For wool rugs, we now offer Stain Shield. Similar to Scotch Guard in that it repels stains and spills at an additional Charge.

Your mattress is the most used upholstery item in your household. Germs and bacteria can quickly accumulate in your mattress and may cause allergies and asthma. Mattresses should be cleaned at least every five years to remove dead skin cells and dust mites. With our advanced methods, we will make sure your mattress is thoroughly clean and fresh-smelling.

How it's done-
Like upholstery, we clean mattresses with a furniture tool to provide delicate deep cleaning after a thorough vacuuming. We use many methods to remove odors depending on your situation. The most effective odor-elimination process we offer is known as ozone treatment.  We will pick up your mattress for ozone treatment, bring it to our shop, clean, dry it, and set it up in an "Ozone Room" for proper odor elimination. Ozone best works on cooking and smoke odors.  Pet odors and stains are treated with an enzyme (see: Pet Stain removal and treatment).

Eagle ProServices Cleaning Specialists use active enzyme treatments and advanced stain removal technology to remove odors and treat staining. Our topical treatments are guaranteed to lighten your pet stains. Many pet stains are through the carpet and into other materials such as padding and subfloor.  We have solutions for this as well; padding replacement is relatively inexpensive.  Sub-floor is usually treatable unless rot is present.
 

- Keep in mind that cat urine and spray is the toughest of all pet stain removal and treatment, and we do not guarantee our work for cat issues through TOPICAL treatment.  However, there is hope. We have options to eliminate your problem.
